19 Is there a fee for receiving my packages at your US warehouse?

Yes, we charge a $2.75 processing fee per package to cover receiving, logging, and storing your items in our secure facility.

What's included in the processing fee:

20 How long can you store my packages for free?

We offer 30 days of free storage for all packages. This gives you plenty of time to consolidate multiple purchases into one shipment.

21 What happens if my package stays beyond 30 days?

After the free storage period, we charge $0.50 per day, per package that has exceeded the 30-day limit.

Important: We send multiple reminder notifications before storage fees begin to accrue. Unclaimed packages may be disposed of after 90 days of storage.
22 What is consolidation and why should I use it?

Consolidation combines multiple packages into one shipment. We charge $5 per package included in the consolidation.

29 What is Express Processing?

Express Processing ($8.75) moves your package to the front of all processing queues, ensuring faster photos, consolidation, and shipment preparation.

30 Do you offer shopping assistance?

Yes, our Assisted Purchase service costs 13% of the total invoice value or a minimum fee of $13 for low invoice amounts. This service is perfect when retailers don't accept international payments or have geographic restrictions.
